1. Return Eligibility
You have 30 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return.
Items must be returned in their original, unused condition, with all tags attached and in the original packaging.
For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items are final sale and cannot be returned: personalized or monogrammed items, pierced earrings, and sale items.
2. How to Return an Item
Step 1: Visit the "Manage Your Orders" section on our website to initiate your return.
Step 2: Complete the online return form and a pre-paid return shipping label will be generated for you to print.
Step 3: Securely pack the item(s) and affix the return label to the package. Drop it off at your nearest designated carrier location.
3. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will send you an email to notify you of the status of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed to your original method of payment within 7-10 business days.
Please note that original shipping fees are non-refundable. You are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the return is due to our error (e.g., you received an incorrect or defective item).
4. Exchanges & Damaged Items
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. To exchange an item, please process a return for a refund and place a new order for the desired item.
If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us immediately at [email protected] with your order number and photos of the product and packaging. We will gladly send a replacement at no extra cost.
