1. Returns Eligibility

  • Items marked as “final sale” or “non-returnable” on the product page are not eligible for return or refund, except where required by applicable law.

Returned items must meet our return conditions (e.g., unwashed, and in original condition, unless defective).


2. Refunds

Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it to ensure it meets our return requirements.

  • You will receive an email notification confirming whether your refund is approved or denied.

  • If approved, the refund will be issued to the original payment method used at checkout (credit card or debit card).

  • Refunds are typically processed within 5–10 business days after approval.

Please note: Your bank or card issuer may require additional processing time before the refunded amount appears in your account. This timing is outside of our control.


3. Exchanges

At this time, we do not offer direct exchanges for color, or style changes.

If you would like a different item:

  • Please place a new order for the desired item on our website.

  • If eligible, you may return the original item following the return process outlined above.


4. Return Shipping Costs

Responsibility for return shipping depends on the reason for the return:

a) Our Error (Defective or Incorrect Item)

  • If you received a defective item or an incorrect product, we will cover the return shipping cost.

  • Where possible, we will provide a prepaid return shipping label.

b) Change of Mind

  • If the return is due to personal reasons (e.g., wrong size ordered, no longer wanted), you are responsible for return shipping fees.

  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable, unless the return is the result of our error.


5. Canadian Orders – Duties & Taxes

For orders shipped to Canada, please note the following:

  • Import duties, taxes, or customs fees charged by the Canada Border Services Agency (CBSA) or the delivery carrier are non-refundable by us.

  • If you return an item shipped to Canada:

    • We will refund the purchase price of the item, minus any applicable return shipping costs (unless the return is due to our error).

    • Original shipping fees will only be refunded if required by Canadian law and if the return results from our mistake.

    • Import duties, taxes, and customs fees are not included in refunds, even if the item is returned.
